Christmas Wishes Day One

Morning Peeps.  Over the next four days I will be doing the count down to Christmas.  Sending you all a Christmas Message.  Today I will be out lunchtime doing lunch for the homeless at the Salvation Army hall.  Giving them clothes, blankets etc. as well.

Hope You Are Not Offended!!!

Hi Folks - I hope this reaches as many of you as possible.  I have a strong suspicion that my Facebook account has been hacked.  I have taken all personal photo's off and really deleted most of my contents on there.  I have changed my password and took it back hopefully to the start and deleted all the different clubs I was linked into as that makes it wide.  I will only be contacting my Stepdaughter and the Salvation Army through it.  I hope no one gets upset.  I will continue through your blogs to make comments.

It is Official

It is official, I am now a Soldier of the Salvation Army.  I will make this posting very quick as it has been a tiring but very meaningful day for me.  Down below is just two of the hundreds of photos and videos that were taken during the service.  They will appear in the magazine for Salvationists and on the Salvation Army Facebook page and also the Major's Facebook page.  Thank you to everybody for your good wishes and backing in my long journey.

Tattoo Day

It has been a very difficult journey for me since my beloved died.  I have done something today that I know he wouldn't approve of and I know my Salvation Army minister's will frown on but I just felt I was getting a message from the Lord that he wanted me to do it.  It has been 14 months since Tony died and I have only just had his inquest on Tuesday.  It is a very long story why it has been so long and I will not bore you with it.

I have today had two tattoos.  

The one for My Beloved.

This is on my rib cage under my bra line on the left hand side.

The one for The Lord

This is obviously along my foot.  Many of you know that I am nearing the end of my course to join the Salvation Army as a Soldier.  I hope that I can be forgiven for doing this by my darling Tony - my  training mentor and the Major.  I felt that these two things have overwhelmed my life the past 14 months.
