Karen's Doodles Challenge#91 DT Card

Morning peeps.  As I am posting this the weather is still lovely.  It was misty first thing this morning but now the sun is peeping through and my little apartment is now cosy and warm.  It is great not having to have the heating on yet, partly because the weather is still mild and partly because the corridors here are stifling hot and we are not on to a cold street.  I will stop gabbling and get on with the reason I came on here.  It is Monday and is time again for another super Challenge over at KAREN'S DOODLES.  This week is :-

"Non Traditional Coloured Christmas Cards".

My DT Card

The dp today is "Contemporary Christmas" Colossal Paper pack by Papermania PMA297.  The fun image is "Snowmen Caroling" from THE SHOP.  The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The snow has been picked out using Twinklets "Diamond Dust"  The image has been cut using "S4-006 Squares" by Spellbinders.  The sentiment is a digi freebie from DIGI DOODLE SHOP and is "Word Art Extra's2".  I have glittered it using "85 Crystal" from Art Institute Glitter.  The ribbon is from my stash.  The snowflakes have been cut using Marianne Design die LR0123 and have been cut out of blue glitter card carrying on the non traditional coloured Christmas card theme.

Anyone can enter our challenges but remember only entries using Karen's Doodles images will

be eligible for the first place prize and Card of the Week.

Craft Your Day's Away Challenge#34 DT Card

Morning peeps.  Another two weeks gone.  If you read my blog  often you will think I have a hang up with time.  I am just amazed how quick life is passing me by.  Must mean I am enjoying myself I hear you cry!!!  It is time again for our fortnightly Challenge over at CRAFT YOUR DAY'S AWAY .  Our challenge this fortnight is  Lisa's choice and is "Button or Bow" 

My A5 DT Card

My stamped image is "Christmas Note" by Penny Black - 4097J.  The colouring medium is Promarkers. The snow has been picked out using Twinklets Diamond Dust.  The sentiment and bauble mirri card/glitter card/bow and bell are all from my stash.  Icicles LR0135 from Marianne Design has been used for the top and bottom border and has been cut out of glitter card.  Dear hubby says this  card was the pits to photograph!!!

Digi Doodle Shop Challenges#84 - DT Card

Morning peeps.  I hope the weather is still mild and kind to you.  It is Thursday again, yes it is, I thought the weeks flew by before but since moving to our retirement apartment it has gone even faster!  It is time for another super Challenge over at DIGI DOODLE SHOP CHALLENGES.  This week our theme is "ANIMALS" .

My 6 x 6 Square DT Card

The cute digi image I have used this week is "Party Animal".  This reminds me of my gorgeous little baby that I sadly have no more.  This cute guy is available from THE SHOP and has been coloured with Promarkers .  The glittered dp is "Spring Feast" by Mindy Terasawa.  The Happy Birthday ticket is from CRAFTYANNS . The flowers are from JOANNA SHEEN .

Karen's Doodles Challenge#90 DT Card

Morning Peeps.  It is Monday morning again and that must mean it is time for another super Challenge to start over at KAREN'S DOODLES .  This week's Challenge is "CELEBRATE WITH SANTA"

My A5 DT Card

The image I have used today is "Santa Christmas".  You can find this in THE SHOP .  The colouring medium is Promarkers and "Old Paper" Distress Inks. The cuffs and bottom trim on Santa's coat has been glittered using "85 Crystal" from Art Institute Glitter.  The ribbon and gold embossed card are from my stash.  The frame and two sentiments are "Sonnets Poemstones" by Sharon Soneff.  This card was very difficult to photography as the frame and also the two sentiments are shiny and they are both raised and shaped.

Anyone can enter our challenges but remember only entries using Karen's Doodles images will

be eligible for the first place prize and Card of the Week. Also please remember you have to use a stamp of some kind, whether it be inked or digi.  Last week there was a lot of you didn't and  sadly you didn't qualify for any prize.

Morning peeps.  This is my first live card since my move.  Others were made yonks in advance and scheduled. I Will Be Missing For Awhile!!!

The stamped image is a Just Rite stamp.  Sorry I borrowed it while I was around a friends crafting so I don't know the name of it.  I have coloured it with Promarkers.  The image has been mounted using S4-317 "Fleur De Lis Rectangles" by Spellbinders.  The bp/ribbon/bow/lace/gems and charm are all from my stash.

My image this week is Computer Girl and is available from THE SHOP. I love this image and only wish I had a teenager to send it too.  The colouring medium is Promarkers. The dp is from "The Stack6" by DCWV. The Flowers have been cut using LR0145 , the Swirl Leaf has been cut using LR0120 both by Marianne Design.  The bows are by Papermania PMA 3671200.
