Digi Doodle Shop Challenges#69 - DT Card

Morning Peeps.  Another month nearly over!!!!  It is Thursday so that must mean another super Challenge over at  DIGI DOODLE SHOP CHALLENGES .  This week's theme is ANYTHING GOES.

The digi image I have used this week is "You've Got Mail" and it can be found  AT THE SHOP . The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The dp's are "Spring Feast" 6 x 6 Premium Paper Pack by Mindy Terasawa FEPAD015 from Trimcraft UK.  The leaves have been cut using "Leaves #1" die by Little Claire Designs.  The flowers have been cut using "LR0145" die by Marianne Designs.  Both have been glittered using "85 Crystal" from Art Institute Glitter.

Wine Label Stamp 2nd Card

Afternoon folks.  I am not my organised self this week I seem to be running very late with everything!!!  I am not a happy bunny because I like life calm!!!

I have used "Wine Label" plate again for this card.  Designed by Sam Poole from Creative Expressions.

Used DI:-
Forest Moss - Bottles
Dusty Concord - Grapes
Bundled Sage - Grape Leaves and stalks.
Aged Mahogany - Wine Glasses
Antique Linen - Round the Edges

Bp is from 3 sheets of wrapping paper that I bought years ago because I knew it would come in handy. Lol!!!
Sentiments are computer generated.  I never usually do distress cards as I am never sure about them.  This card is for my Step Son in Law who lives in France.

YES!!!!! I Made It + A Card

Afternoon Peeps.  I am one very happy lady today and couldn't wait to tell everybody but was told I wasn't allowed to announce it until it was on the Challenge Blog.  I am very pleased to announce that I have made the KAREN'S DOODLES DT after wishing to join them for yonks I have finally made it!!!  I only hope that I can meet the very high standards of the other girls.

A very different sort of card than what I normally make.

The above card is very different to what I usually make but I had this stamp plate in my craft box for ages but had never used it.  It was only because my craft club choose to use it last week that I said I have that one but it has never been inked.  I took mine along so there was 3 sets to share between the 12 of us.  This is one of two cards that I created with it.  Not that I did it at craft club may I add as I never seem to produce when I go as I do too much talking and I also get tired in the evenings.

The stamp plate is "Wine Label" designed by Sam Poole from Creative Expressions.  The images and writing has been stamped in "Black Soot" DI.  The wine glasses and bottles have been coloured with "Aged Mahogany" DI, I have also used Gloss Accents.  The writing I have used "Vintage Photo" DI over the top.  The wine bottle label is coloured with "Old Paper" DI.  The corks and sentiment I have used "Tea Dye" DI.  The sentiment is computer generated and I have typed in French  "Joyeux Anniversaire"  Happy Birthday.

For my card this time I have used House Mouse Designs "Home and Garden" House Mouse Two Decoupage Sheet from Joanna Sheen.  In this instance I haven't decoupaged the image and have just used the base layer as my wrists and hands are playing up with my Rheumatoid Arthritis.  I have mounted the image using S4-318 "Fleur De Lis Squares" die by Spellbinders.  The dp is "Girly Girl" item#979 Frou Frou by Michelle Coleman from Fancy Pants Designs.  The sentiment is a peel off from my stash.  The flowers are also from my stash.

Morning Peeps.  July is speeding by and it is time again for another super Challenge over at  DIGI DOODLE SHOP CHALLENGES . This week the theme is CAS (Clean and Simple).

My A5 DT Card

The Digi Image I have used this week is "Calliopsis"  from  THE SHOP.  The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The sentiment is a gold peel off.  The edges of the image and sentiment have been dusted using Antique Linen DI.  The card blank is "Scroll Card Gold" item 587997GD00 by Kanban.  I don't do CAS very well, but I am sure you can master it as I have seen lots of this style on other peoples blogs.

Sledding Snowman

Morning Peeps.  It looks like another day where the weather can not make up it's mind.  I hope the weather is better where you are.

My card today is made using "Sledding Snowman" digi image from KAREN'S DOODLES SHOP .  The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The sky/trees and snow have been glittered using "85 Crystal" Art Institute Glitter.  The card blank and all the layers have been cut using LF-249 "Grand Big Scalloped Circles" by Spellbinders.  The sentiment is computer generated and has been cut and mounted using S4-249 "Big Scalloped Circles Large" by Spellbinders.  It has also been glittered using "85 Crystal" Art Institute Glitter.  The dp's are "Contemporary Christmas Colossal Paper Pack" PMA297 by Papermania.  The snowflakes are cut out of glitter card using two different punches by X Cut.

Different Shaped Cards

Afternoon peeps.  A very mixed day here today.  More like April Showers.  Rain one minute and sunny the next.  Still quite muggy though.

For my card today I have used "Victorian Christmas" CD ROM from Joanna Sheen.  Both the image and two bp's are taken from here.  The angels dresses/wings and edges of the lace trim have been glittered using "85 Crystal" from Art Institute Glitter.  The gold stars/trees and sentiment are from my stash.  I have made this Diamond or Spring Card using my Hougie Board.

Long Stem Cuties

Afternoon peeps.  It is raining here today, which is typical as we are going out with friends tonight for a meal.  We are going to a pub that I haven't been to in years.  It is lovely and is by a river and it is so lovely in the summer!!!!  Not that I will be sitting outside tonight.

My card today is using the very cute stamp "Long Stem Cuties" 1648K from Penny Black.  The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The rose on the image has been glittered using "85 Crystal" by Art Institute Glitter.  The dp is "Spring Feast" 6 x 6 Premium Paper Pad by Mindy Terasawa FEPAD015.  The Royal Lace doily is from Joanna Sheen and is 5 inch diameter.  The Happy Birthday sentiment ticket is from Crafty Ann's.  The flowers are from Joanna Sheen.

Digi Doodle Shop's Challenges Challenge#67 DT Card

Morning Peeps.  It is that time of the week again.  Another super Challenge is just starting over at DIGI DOODLE SHOP CHALLENGES . This week's theme is Make Your Own Flowers.

My A5 DT Card

 

The digi image I have used this week is "Fresh Baked Pie1" from THE SHOP . The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The dp's are "Unique" item #975 Chi-Chi by Nancie Rowe Janitz from Fancy Pants Designs.  The flowers have been simply made using a Woodware 6 petal punch.  I cut three shapes for each flower.  I put a brad through the middle.  I then sprayed with Cosmic Shimmers.  Scrunched them up while damp.  Left them to dry, then teased them out as much as I wanted them to be.  I then picked out the edges with Glossy Accents, sprinkled Gold Glamour Dust over.  The sentiment is "PMA523 Thank You" wire words from Papermania.

The dp's are "Brook Collection-Downstream" #BK724 by Crate Paper Inc.  The sentiments are computer generated and are cut using "Labels One" S4-161 by Spellbinders.  The knots have been produce using 3ply Jute garden twine.

Digi Doodle Shop Challenges Challenge #66 DT Card

Morning Peeps.  Where did June go to?  It is the first Challenge of the month over at DIGI DOODLE SHOP CHALLENGES .  This week is the theme of BUTTERFLIES.  As long as there is a butterfly somewhere on your card then you can enter.

My 8 x 8 DT Card

The digi stamp I have used this week is "Farm Boy and Apples" from THE SHOP . The colouring medium is Promarkers.  The dp is "Pure" True Papers item#823 by Michelle Coleman from Fancy Pants Designs.  The Digi Apple is "Fruit of the Spirit2"  which is a freebie from THE SHOP.  I have typed a computer generated sentiment in the middle as this version comes blank but there is a version with a sentiment in the middle which is also a freebie.  The jute ribbon is from my stash.  The butterflies have been cut using S3-038 "Butterflies" by Spellbinders.

Twice the Fun

Morning Peeps.  It is still warm here today but apparently it rained heavy in the night which neither OH or I were aware of.  OH says he wouldn't have heard it for my snoring!!!  How cruel!! Lol!!!

For my card today I have used a KAREN'S DOODLES IMAGE  called "Skater Girl"  I have doubled up on the image to make it look like there is twins.  The colouring medium is Promarkers.  I have used Stickles on the bobbles of the coats and boots.  The middles of the flowers are also glittered.  The ice has been created using Twinklets "Diamond Dust", which in fact is made with crushed glass. Ouch!!!!  The card blank/image and DP has been cut and mounted using LF-161 "Grand Labels One" by Spellbinders.  "The DP is Colossal Paper Pack" PMA297 by Papermania.  The flowers and buttons are from my stash.
