Ruby's 3rd Birthday

Good Afternoon peeps. Weather not sure what to do here in Hertfordshire today.  Hope it is more settled where you are?
My card today is for a little girl that comes to our Salvation Army church of a Sunday and also comes on a Tuesday to our Parent & Toddlers.  She will be 3 on Sunday.
