The verse is from The Friendship Book - A Thought For Each Day 2020. This was bought for me by my very good friend Rhona, for part of my Christmas present.
We need sometimes, to get away,
Leave cares behind, make tracks,
Seek out our piece of paradise,
And once again relax.
These moments are quite precious,
And they bring an added plus,
If those we love and care about
Can share them,too, with us.

Hi Cathy! What a beautiful journal page! I find myself wishing we could all get away right now and my hubby and I have been spending a lot more time in prayer, meditation and watching sermons on-line. We spend most of our vacations in National Parks and that's out for the foreseeable future but hope we can get away to the mountains sometime next year!
