First of all I have to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to PATTIE & SANDIE of Patties Creations.The image is a freebie from Pattie G of Patties Creations, "Cupcake". The colouring medium is Promarkers. The cupcake has been picked out in places using 85 Crystal Glitter from Art Institute. The image has been cut & mounted using Circle Nesties from Spellbinders. The dp is PP006 - Milton Milton & Co Wild Rose Studio.
