Pan Pastel Topper Card

Hi Folks.  I made this card with a topper that was made at a workshop I attended last year at Ally Pally.  I have only just got round to making it into a card.  Lol!!!  I found it over the weekend in my bits box.  I don't know the stamps used but I do know we were using Pan Pastels.
